SAMHSA* is pleased to announce the launch of an exciting new initiative to help children succeed at home, in child care, and in school. SAMHSA, the Health Resources and Services Administration, and the Administration for Children and Families announced this week that they have joined together to establish a new National Center of Excellence for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC).
