Spending time in nature is the ultimate in self-care. The body of evidence keeps growing – nature is​ good for the brain! In this session you will be presented with the neuroscience findings that serve to​ support why spending time outside is an important tool in your selfcare toolbox. By the end of this​ session, you will understand why connecting with the natural world is good for the body, the mind,​ and the spirit. Together we’ll explore specialized challenges that are present when attempting to​ access nature setting with young children.
