This presentation will explore the ‘what,’ ‘why,’ and ‘how’ of high-quality family engagement services. Participants will engage in activities to learn how to structure these important program services using documents such as the PFA/PFAE Compliance Checklist and the ISBE Family and Community Engagement (FACE) framework. They will also develop an understanding of the value of the annual self-assessment and CQIP processes in achieving positive outcomes for children and families.
