Engaging Young Children with Online Reading

Now that some schools and centers are closed, many educators are reading books to children online. This is new to most of us and comes with some unique delights and challenges. Let's figure it out together! Join with other early educators to receive information and share experiences. We'll consider such questions as.... What kinds of books and specific titles are more or less successful online? What reading strategies seem to engage children in this environment? Are there expectations we can create with families that help it go well? Are there ways to be interactive? What about the technology? Come to learn from others' experiences and to share your own.
